I lived here when it first opened-I was the first person in the section.
I experienced ALL the bad things mentioned in previous reviews and none of the good.
The staff was very accommodating-until I moved in. And, the staff constantly changed. Every week when I'd go in to report a new problem, someone different was the "new" manager. The ONE young lady who was professional and helpful was fired.
There were many auto thefts in the parking garage, someone who supposedly lived there was selling old, dirty used cars with shoe polish messages on them; one said "save a life smoke meth," there were abandoned looking cars with flat tires and expired registration but when I got the flu and was stuck in my unit for the week mine expired I got a nasty citation threatening to have my clean, maintained SUV towed affixed to my window.
The last week I lived there several storage units including mine were burglarized. They appeared to be pried open with a crow-bar. I discovered it one morning, and when I reported it to the office they told me they had "noticed" this the day before but failed to tell me. They later told me they felt it was the result of a scorn ex-lover looking for his or her belongings.
The complex sent my security deposit to me 7 weeks after I moved. The law states it should have been sent within 30 days.
