Review for Madison At Cedar Springs Apartments

I guess when these apartments were new they were the greatest thing to hit Cedar Springs area. Today they are semi-kept-up. Maintenance ususally takes a couple times to fix the smallest issues. Glad I have not had any large issues. Seems to be a rodent problem they cannot get under control. Rent is very high for the quality of workmanship. They are in the process of renovating, but whats a little laminet flooring, formica granite and some cultured marble? It is close to the gay meca if that is important to you, but that is about all it has going for it.
