Most awful place I have ever lived. Constant construction and VERY VERY VERY loud, all the time. Residents are the least important people, only when you owe them money or they need something from you. There are a lot of great apartments in this area, you would be smart to choose anything other than these. If you have to, don't forget to bring ear plugs.
