Review for Madison On The Parkway Apartments

I lived at MOTP for almost 2 years. The best thing about it for me was the location, and I did think the recent construction improved the appearance of the apartments. However, the noise is a serious problem. Parking can be too. Make sure to ask some questions regarding their water bill policy - ours went from $7/mo to $30/mo once they changed their methodology. The office staff was unhelpful at every turn. Mgmt entered our apartment multiple times without proper notice and was not concerned with our things that were ruined in the process.

There are so many apartments in the north tollway area - Make sure you shop around.
