Review for Madison Parke Apartments

First I would like to start off by saying......ewwwww!!!!! gross!!!!!!!yuck!!!!!!! There is a ton of work that needs to be done to this place and a lot of bug promblems needs to be fix too . Well, for one thing you do not have hot water in the kitchen sink, so we asked the manager "how do we get hot water", and she responded by saying this..." Go into the bathroom and turn on the tub and wait about 2 min and let the water run , and when you are through with the hot water in the kitchen , go turn the the tub off. Not to mention the manager is mean herself , she is always moody, madcomplaining, or being rude. Come to find out we live next door to the insolent lady !!! .Comfrtable...Comfortable....How in the world are you going to be comfortable in a place like this . Tons and Tons of roaches surronds this place and mold is constantly surronding the tub , nomatter how many times you clean it . Parking space, ya right.. thats a joke in itself. Enough said, in order to park your cars in the parking lot you have to have a red ticket hanging on the the dash boared of your car saying that you live on this property, and if you don't have it the manger will have your car towed . Well... here is a question for ya.... what if you have guest spending a night over ? I guess you are going to tow there car too huh. Well, here another, after 10:00 o'clock, No guest are allowed in the gate , said the manager, not that anybody ever listen to her Excuse me, this is not Iraq, nor Baghdad. Not even to mention the fact that everynow and then she seems to have distorted dillusions like barking up to the wrong poodle. For instance, my husband happens to be a Pit Bull with many military stripes of cadet experience. Go figure! She had the audacicity to try and go there with him but thank God that he is a man of principle because if he wasn't she would have gotten malled. The electricity is a mess !!!!! HAHAHHA...... The lights in my kitchen goes off, and on, off and on. On a nice Sunday morning how am I supose to enjoy a hot cup of CoCo if there is a bunch of racket going on upstairs . Why? because I am in the wrong enviorment . Laudry room you ask?? What laudry room??? I don't call it a laudry room i call it the "Rusty Room" rust is everywhere !!!! Rust here and rust there, everywhere you look there is a speck or spot of rust !!!!!Ewwww!!!! How about the fact that the manager tries her best to patrol who literally comes in and out of the only entrance that this complex has. (Fire hazard! perhaps..)..Yet in spite the fact that some bomb took it upon himself to bend the rod-iron fence in the back to conveniently make a way of escape for himself along with hundreds of mother tenants, excons, street walkers, dogs, cats anything else that dare come in. One might say, at least you have air! That might be so. The only trick question is, why is it that when you turn the unit off, it continuously run for days whether you desire cold air or not. Emergency access ....What emergency accesss.... there is only one way in and one way out, and we can't forget the nasty block party that they through outside near the pool !!!! Dirty pool full of urine and a free strip show ,soggy hotdogs and hamburgers. Not mention mailmen , the mailboxes are about to fall off the wall. Hobos/bombs can easily acces anybody's mail , all they have to do is pull the maill box down and "Pops' there goes everybody's mail. Near the office manager offices , there be all kinds of people lurking around at night , bombs, hobos, cats, dogs, etc.Not to mention the dirtyblack , brown carpet, it looks new when you buy the apartment at first but 2 weeks later it turnds grimy and dirty !!!! Bugs...Bugs...Bugs... I see roaches building a super highway in my kitchen ,bathroom, and this room you call a den!!! !! So please move, take my advice and move somewhere else Take my advise !!!!!
