There Are No Others Worse Than This Place

If you could imagine the worst apartment community possible and times it by two, it wouldn't even come close to this gem of a property. This place is completely hosed from the property company Sun Chase Corporation to the office management. Take it from a person who has lived her 7 years. (3 of those years were ok, it's been on a steady decline since) These are some of the ongoing issues (And this is just the tip of the Iceberg)

1.) Parking - Forget it, the brain surgeons that work in McMillians Place Office decided to implement a reserved parking program. Problem is they marked 95% of the parking on the property as "Reserved" spots and left 5% open for visitor parking. This causes major issues especially with families that operate with two vehecles. The towing company is just about as incompetent as the Office staff...Ton's white trash parking their hoopties taking these spots up and ton's of drug traffic tend to take up most of the parking spots. I've seen residence painting false pavement reserve numbers in desperation so that their spouses would have some where to park. Half of the cars parked do not have resident stickers and because the towing company sucks these vehecles are never removed. Residents end up having to park in the complex over which is just as bad. You basically park and prey the next morning you open your car that it hasn't been vandalized or you end up having to park on the other end of the complex and have to hike a mile just to get to your front door.

2.) Security - Absolutely a joke. If you can picture a keystone cop eating donuts that's about the extent of deterrant would be criminals would see protecting McMillian Place's property. Just two night ago, the security office noticed an illegal street cone that someone had placed in their parking to deter others from parking there, he jumped out of his little golf cart like he was T.J Hooker or something but what he failed to realize was that he didn't put the parking brake on in his cart and he ended up chasing his cart all the way to the mailboxes about 500 feet away.

3.) Building Condition - Old and falling apart. The appliances are worn down and don't work half of the time, the the few apartments that I've seen everyone of them has had some sort of electrical wiring problems. The Cabnets are infested with roaches, they have yet to spray since Sun Chase has taken over Property Management there. I see now why AIMCO, the property management company before Sun Chase just through there hands up and sold it off, I would of done the same thing. There are hazardous building conditions everywhere from rotting staircases to water drainage ducks that are barely hanging on by a bolt to the buildings. If one of these large metal ducks were to fall it could seriously injury if not kill someone.

Office Management - About as useful as a condom machine in the Vatican. Your greated by 20 year old girls that think it's cool to have 3 kids already and have dropped out of highschool. Lots of skin to look at though, they got tatoos from the small of their backs to their arms. It's like walking into a Low-income white trash WIC center. Complete arrogance.

Ok with out going into much more here (I could write a small novel on this property with all the issues there are), hopefully you'll get the message by now that this is probably the worst complex you and your family could ever live in. Trust me after 7 years I know this property from top to bottom. Seriously folks this is a RENTER BEWARE PROPERTY.
