Review for Montage Apartments

The location is ideal; staff is friendly and rent is cheap but apartments aren't clean and the noise level is so much that I regret all the time. Children play outside all the time, people honk the horns in the compund to catch each other's attention or just pull over their cars and start talking or shouting. They don't even care if someone is sleeping, play SPANISH SONGS with full volume while driving inside the compund or park their cars in non parking area - roll down the windows and have a bear in their hands and talk - HOLA HOLA HOLA :) This is crazy. I wish I knew that before I moved in.
