Review for Park Gates Of City Place Apartments

Horrible management. If you can get them to return you call, you are lucky. I pay my rent by calling in. They always simply ask me what my rent amount is. Heck, i could say any given number and they would accept it.

They need to spend money fixing up many things around the complex. The parking lot gates never work and neither do the foot-traffic gates.

There are always questionable people walking around inside the complex. There is no security here. I even found a homeless person passed out sleeping in a corner of the parking lot once.

I am moving after six months....
