Review for Piazza Siena Apartments

Management will charge you extra for everything. Parking is ridiculous for guests. You can hear everything your neighbors do even when they are walking up the stairs. Management tends to be rude and do not take care of the apartments they do not replace the carpet when new people move in and its substandard so of course it only looks good for the first month and after that it looks like its been there for ten years. Maintenance is really good and very nice about fixing things as fast as they can but as soon as the current guys are gone I doubt that will continue since managements attitude is to get more money for less. They do not look out for their residents and raise the rent every chance they get.
