Review for Preston Del Norte Apartments

When we first moved in here the place was a decent place to live. Over the years it has turned into a dump. The management is a crooked bunch of thieves who rape all the tenants with high exaggerated electric bills. There have even been several apartment meetings about it with broken promises to rectify the problem. But each and every month they add more to the over all bills. You cant get the management to fix anything. We had a leak when it rained coming through the ceiling. It ruined the carpet. They made promise after promise to fix the leak and the carpet. After 8 months now the havent done anything. Our door bell has been broken for 5 months as well with promises to fix that. They cant even keep their word on a simple repair. We end up having to fix things ourselves. This place is a shit hole now and is ran by incompetent idiots who at best have a high school G.E.D. The entire maintenance crew are a bunch of illegal aliens (I have called the INS) and this community is full of Katrina refugees now even after several years after. For your own good never consider this dump. There are plenty of other places to live run by competent, courteous staff.
