Review for Preston Del Norte Apartments

I relocated from Ohio to Texas and I have been at this complex for 3 years. In the beginning the management was excellent. They were very response and were willing to work with you. The management company that they have now is the terrible. Our electricity bill has increase and last month it was more than 3 time what it has been in the past. For this issue management had not explanation. We also had an rat in our apartment that we had to take care of . Today the water has been off in the complex all day and the explanations that were given were unbelieveible. As of 5pm the water is still not on and it is the weekend.

What dump. I won't even start to talk about the leasing office. It is just like a circus. Our lease is up in May and we are moving far away from here.

If this is what Dallas has to offer I just might move back to Ohio.
