Review for Preston Del Norte Apartments

More than anything else, the management at these apartments is abysmal. Management companies change about once a year -- or more often. I haven't recognized a familiar face more than a couple of times in the office in the five years I've been here.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person, much less someone who had a choice.
