Only Dial Up Internet No High Speed. Lease Breakin

I liked the apartments but you cannot get high speed internet or DSL in these apartments.. They say they are working on it but it is taking for ever... Lease breaking terms are very harsh... You pay for all the remaining months plus 85% of one months rent and also give one months notice.. I personally think this is too much to ask for... Other than this the apartments are great...
