Review for Rancho Palasades Apartments

I love the look and the quality of these apartments, but for the 2 1/2 years I lived there I had nothing but problems from the office. We've even been written up for a dog we don't own (twice). They lost our lease (blamed us for it). This wasn't discovered until a year of living there without it. Parking is really bad. I paid for additional parking, but after someone had been parked in my spot for 3 days, I had put multiple notes on their car, the office refused to tow or do anything at all about it except wait.
