Review for Rancho Palasades Apartments

I too found the mgmt team dispicable! Never returned calls, never addressed complaints and got very snotty if rent was in at 5:01. Their policy is the customer is not just wrong but lying. Once I was in the lease I was just a bother, nothing important. Managers make their bonuses by retaining, new lease and gross profit, hello late fees. Did I mention never returned calls? Never never never. Claim to be in all day, but never available to come to the phone or return a call. On the other hand, 90% of the people who lived around the place were cool, friendly and quiet. And the maintenance staff is the BOMB! Fast and friendly and got the job done right the first time everytime. The grounds were always looking good. The courtesy patrol was also on the ball, fast and friendly. In conclusion, the office staff horrible, wouldn't recommend to my friends.
