Review for Rancho Palasades Apartments

Parking is a major problem. If you only have one car, you'll probably be okay--although visitors will have to park far away and walk. If you have two cars, you'll have to pay extra to have a "reserved" space. But if someone parks in either of your spaces nothing is done. They have signs that say towing is enforced, but it isn't. Management doesn't care.

I have always gotten my deposit back at other apartments as I really clean and leave things nice. I've never had management charge me for painting and cleaning carpet, but they do here-- I could have ended up owing them money!
