Review for Rock Creek Apartments

The management was great but the bugs were really a biiiiiig prob, even on the second floor. When I say bugs, I mean coakroches, ants, and then some. But the apt was really big, and very affordable; and the longer you stay with them the lower your rent gets. But again you'll have to weigh your options: bugs and a good priice, or no bugs somewhere else and a few more bugs somewhere else.
