Review for Sienna Springs Apartments

I lived in this apartment for 2.5 years. When I moved in, it was great. After changing owners, the property went to hell in a handbasket overnight.

Repairs? Forget it. It will stay broken until you move. We had water leaking into one of the bedrooms, to the point the carpet and wall had molded over for 3 MONTHS. A repairman finally showed up to fix stuff the day I was moving! I'd turned in 4 maintenence requests with 10 or more items over a 6 month period!

The roaches own the place. Your kitchen and bathrooms will be full of them no matter how immaculate you are. Once, we didnt cook for a week, bleached the kitchen to death (a usual thing) and the roaches still covered the counters after dark.

I recently saw this place advertising extrememly low rent (March 2005). Out of curiosoty, I drove through one night after class. It has turned into a complete ghetto. People standing around outside, trash everywhere. Stay away.... no, run away from this place.
