There is one nice thing about this place: big apartment for the price.
Bad things:
1. Security - gate is always open, and sometimes doesn't work when closed. Also, at least one exit gate is broken at all times so that anyone can just enter through there.
2. Management - very rude. Maybe if you are a male, these girls will be friendlier.
3. Gym - lacking
4. PESTS - within 2 weeks of moving in, a rat was seen in the apartment. A total of 3 were found until being fed up and moving out. Management was of no help.
I'm sure there are more, but do you really need more reasons?
