when i first moved in the apartment seemed ok and reasonably priced. i have now lived here for 9 months and things that were put on our sheet as being wrong still havent been fixed. i've never had a smoke dectecor or a working doorbell. also when it rains, the ceiling almost fell in on us. not to metion i have seen some very large and aggressive rats and the larget cockroaches i have have seen in my life ( i though they were birds at first) also my neighbors are loud at all hours day and night swearing and shooting. ,y advice is if you want to live here save yourself $200 a month and go move to pleasant grove.
