Lived for 5 years. Management has changed so many times. I've witnessed the property to change from a prime SMU preferred one to a poorly managed one. The location is great. Right across from Tom Thumb, Central Market, Borders. The management do not listen to your concerns well. Cannot even take care of dog pooh. Maintenance requests take long time to fix.
