I have never lived in a place that felt so much like a prison until I moved into Snug Harbor. They are constantly harrassing their tenants. The do not keep up with maintanence issues. There is no where for kids to play; other than the pool. All of my neighbors have kids and are constantly being either ticketed or threatened when their kids step outside with out their parents. The management is negligent when it comes to vehicle break ins. They fail to report break-ins to anyone, including the tenant, the owner of the property or the authorities. One of the security guards actually tampered with my mail. Almost all of the people who work at Snug Harbor also live there and are treated special. For example the employees who are also tenants are allowed to have satellite dishes on the outside of the buildings for their private use, however none of the other tenants are allowed to do so. Never move into snug harbor, no matter how nice of a deal they offer you; and make sure to tell everyone you know the same thing. Also, needless to say they do not clean the apartments before you move into them and then they lie and say that they did. I steam cleaned my carpets myself when I moved in and I went over the carpets 3 times and the water that was coming out was still black...P.S. They have a big problem with ants and a small problem with cockroaches.
