Review for Southern Villas Apartments

Hi. First let me say that I am honestly not that picky and I do realize that you get what you pay for. That having been said, I cannot wait to move out of SV's. The halls and parking garage are always filthy, throw up, dog urine, etc stay glued to the floors until they just finally wear away. The leasing office staff has a high turnover but they always seem to get the women in there who could not possibly care any less about what you have to say. If you bring a complaint to their attention they almost argue with you about it, seem to find excuses for why it won't be done instead of just doing it. Yes, the other reviewer's comment about the lady from the office having two BIG dogs is true. Although she now has three and they sit on the little "balcony" 24 HOURS A DAY and bark. Please do yourself a favor and move somewhere else, the customer service here is an absolute joke!
