Review for Southern Villas Apartments

I have lived at this complex for one day, and my car was stolen. Have spoken with 6 of my neighbors, respectively one was held up at gunpoint in the fitness center, one had his stereo stolen after 6 months, and one said there were "a ton of breakins." So, I would say that there is a 50/50 shot you'll get shot/robbed living here. If I hadn't signed a lease, I would move right now.
