Review for The Caruth At Lincoln Park Apartments

The staff is polite when you are signing the contract. The grounds are beautiful. The rents are high. You think you are going to be living in a high class establishment. Then you start running into problems with the staff. A few examples:
Flowers left at office were not delivered to us for over a week with zero appology (It is a "courtesy" that they accept packages/flowers and isn't there obligation to tell you about them).
Though we paid our last 5 months in advance, they stated that we had not given our 30 days notice and charged us for an extra week.
They refused to do a walk through with us and then 2 weeks after we had moved away stated there was damage and charged us though they admitted that they couldn't remember exactly where the damage had been and couldn't produce the damage.
I hope the nightmare is over, but I still feel like they are going to turn up wanting more money.
