Review for The Falls At Highpoint Apartments

I had lived in the comunity for about 2.5 years in a one bedroom and recently moved to a 2 bedroom apartment with a roomate, luckily in my first apartment I really didn't need the help of the office or I would have been out of there long ago, the only problem was a noisy downstairs neighbor, but she moved away so that was better, but after I got the scond apartment with a roomate, and some things needed fixing, I realize how slow their service is, it took about two weeks and several calls for them to fix our initial problems, and now just recently, our apartment got broken into and the people at the office and their regional manager have not been helpfull at all, the crime in that area has increased, there was even a shoot out with a security guard a few months back, they won't work with you about moving to another of their properties, or nothing of that sort if you don't feel safe, I would never recommend this apartment.
