Review for The Reflections Of High Point Apartments

Well the Section 8 residents wouldn't be so bad if they didn't run the complex. They are outside night and day loitering on the stairs and in the parking lot. The children run free as if they were all orphans and leave toys all throughout the parking lot. It's the people who don't pay rent and just do whatever they want that really kill the day to day experience.

Then there's the office staff. I understand with such a high turn around rate, it must be hard to train new employees on the proceedures and policies, but this is just rediculous. If you expect a maintnece request to be taken seriously and completed, good luck. Four to five requests are required to get anything done. I finally had to go online to the property's management's website and go above the office manager to get my requests taken care of.

They are "re-modeling" the exterior but please I urge you, don't let this fool you. This is a terrible place to live. I wouldn't wish this kind of torture on my very worst enemy. DO NOT sign a least with these people. You will regret it.
