Review for The Reflections Of High Point Apartments

I am only writing to convey that the experience with management had been horrible. Very unprofessional. Apparently to my misfortune the management changed soon after I moved out and they did not keep their records properly. I never got my deposit back and the last water/sewage (approx 24$) bill payment was reported to the credit history as unpaid and that my account is delinquent which is completely baseless. I am writing this in Oct 06 so I couldn't view my bank history for 05 to see if I cut out a check during that time, but one thing for sure the amount due notification was never sent to me, if not I wouldn't have risked my credit history, even if I had to pay again the silly 24 bucks.

Aso I tried to get the records from the new management and the experience with them was much horrifying. They didn't want to cooperate to see what went wrong.

To conclude .. don't live there.

Oh!!! Also there were rats in the apt which had a haven with a world connected from beneath the dishwasher. And it is a common place for people to get together and drink with loud music on in the apt premises.
