Review for The Reflections Of High Point Apartments

While I liked living in the community and area, the management were very tricky, deceiving characters. They were really nice when they were trying to get me to sign the lease, but, once I got there, the lies abounded. Nothing was ready when they said it would be, my lease term was drawn out 3 months further than what I discussed over the phone, I was charged rent late for a day, when I know I dropped it in the box on the 1st. No one knew who I was and kept confusing me with other tennants, past and present, stating that I owed fees that I didn't! The air conditioner leaks water into the bathtub from the ceiling, leaving a rusted color in the tub and dripping on you while you shower. When spoke to management, they said it was normal! Security gates don't work. Keys and locks are changed without sending notification.
DOn't move there unless you have to. Keep up with all your paperwork.
