Review for Tiburon Apartments

Maintenance was originally quite good, depending on who you got. It fell apart totally and I believe the numerous complaints turned management unresponsive.

The original crew was great. A new management crew took over and were OK the first year. After that it went steadily downhill. I had heard complaints from numerous tenants who were moving out and hadn't believed them until I had my own problems.

I did notice they got more responsive once I signed a lease elsewhere. Too bad that it was too late by then. They held off on the tenant report for over a week(!) to the new place I was moving to, even though the rental offices were right across the street. By law they are required to respond immediately. Instead I got a form letter detailing how much it would cost me to move attached to my front door.
