Review for Waterford Apartments

Great area for older singles or those divorced with children and a need for good schools (Park Cities schools). Property was originally developed with the intent for condos (and actually sister property across the street is condo). No amenities, but reasonable area and initial pricing. Fairly safe except for several car breakins and solicitors. Pet pick up was NOT enforced (why do that when there is a only a small pet policy?). Management was ok. After the first year, my price increase was over 10%! Second year increase was therefore a modest 8% In dollar terms that was $260 over the two years. Basically does not mind turnover as you will like the University Park location and schools
