Review for Whisper Creek Apartments

I've never experienced anything worse. When I first moved in in June my A/C unit and fridge were not working. I called them the next day then repeatedly for the next 2 weeks until I finally had a chance to go to the office in person. No one responded to me until I went in personally. Neighbors are loud, ghetto with lots of kids running everywhere. Old complex so the water pipes make loud banging noises (which they cannot fix). And no parking spots! Lots of broken down cars taking up parking spaces. Office personnel is the worse. Very nice people but you have to complain repeatedly for anything to be done. And expect it to take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from date reported. Then contractors and engineers enter apartment without prior notice nor supervision. I walked in on 2 contractors working on my vents unsupervised by any apartment personnel.
