Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Here is a quick overview of the issues with this apartment:

1. There is a SERIOUS ant problem at them apartment. It is an infestation inside and outside the complex.
2. The ladies in the management office are incredible rude.
3. The apartment complex just put an internal lock on there after hours rent drop box in Feb of 2009 because one of there employees (management admitted that it was most likely one of their employees) stole my rent for Jan. Management was incredible unhelpful, rude, and demeaning.
4. Rent is way to high for the apartments in this area based on the amenities.
5. The insulation in these apartments is horrible and you can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing.
6. Floor plans are not livable and don't make sense.
