I've lived in several apartments in the Dallas Metroplex over the past 13 years and without a doubt these are the worst! The maintenance staff must apparently consist of one employee. If you want to get anything repaired you should probably go to homedepot, purchase the materials you need, and do it yourself. Work orders are placed through osmosis; not once have I ever seen one written out in my presence. The rental agents are condesending and always out of the loop when it comes to accurate information. This is my last lease. And yes, robbery and vandelism are major problems.
