Apartment Reviews for Del Rey Village - Dallas

I chose this apartment complex because of it's location, cheap rent, and large floorplan. They look as if they were neglected for a few years. It has great potential, who knows... new paint, more flowers, it could be quite nice. Management is quite attentive and even knows me by name. (I guess since I always have a package to pick up at the office.) The area is kind of tuff, but that's the police job. The office has bi-monthly crime watch meetings. Maintenace is alright, but like I said before, this complex was neglected for several years. Not bad for the rent, I have relatives moving in next month because they like my apartment. I have no complaints for now. But I will be calling CPS for all the kids just hanging out, where are the parents???? Again the police can give citations for that! <P>
