For residents with children, nine schools ranging from elementary to high school, the closest of which — Shepton High School — is only a mile from the complex. Quick last minute shopping can be found down the road at Valero Corner Store. Although reviews say tenants are satisfied with the unit prices, reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with some of the management staff and others would like to see the apartment guidelines more strictly enforced.
