A great place except....

This is a GREAT building...period. The only problem is that it is across the street from an outdoor club called FUSE. On Friday and Saturday nights it is just plain LOUD. The management is great, the parking is great, the location is great and most of the residents are great as well. But like all places there are people who slam doors, yell down the hall when they are drunk and let their dogs crap on the stairs. The cleaning crew does it's best to keep up but management really should add an extra person...or put together a schedule. If you do move here make sure you get a unit that does not face Jackson street or you won't sleep.

Oh please!!!!!!!!!! First of all Maricia is not there anymore. The new drunking ho, (manager) who I see consistenly downstairs getting drunk with the owner ran her off. PARKING IS CRAZY.They are still valleing the garage out, still loud cant get any sleep. The drunks are screaming all night long. This is not a great place. If I could move right know I would. Trashy place with trashy new management. Do yourself a favor DONT MOVE HERE.
