Apartment Reviews for Inwood On The Park - Dallas

I think this is a great place. The management is great - if you are nice to them, they will definitely be nice to you. Maintenance has always come in the day or day after I've submitted a form. Cons - occassional car break in, there was a murder but it was domestic violence and could've occurred anywhere, machines in workout room could be a little updated, you can hear the planes, but I guarantee after a week of being here, your sleep will not be interrupted. A little pricey, but I'm also kind of tight. Pros - Beautiful place, I love the interior of my apartment, everything is well made, great appliances. Beautiful grounds - nice pool, reflection pool, and clubhouse, the CareTeam is excellent! always organizing nice get-togethers. I attend UT Southwestern and I LOVE the fact that I can walk across the street to catch the shuttle from North Campus to South Campus every 3 minutes. So convenient. Easy access to IH-35, never had a package lost when sent to the front office, nice security guard who walks around at night, I've never felt unsafe here, excellent parking (unless you have a huge truck/suv - might be a little tight but there's still room for you) garage free of charge, friends' cars never get towed and the garage levels are connected to the level of each floor also. <P>
There are the occassional gate breakings (has not happened recently at all!) or remote problems (again, not recently for me) but if that's the worst life has to give me, I'm going to take it. Overall, I've had a very pleasant experience living here and plan on doing so in the future. <P>
