Apartment Review for Kingsborough Apartments

I've lived here about 3 yrs and really like the layout of the town-home. Plenty of space and parking. I've heard of some bad incidences of break-ins but had never experienced any problems. My neighbors are great and have been here for 10 years! Robin is understanding and willing to work with you. I stay to myself and most people do the same. The maintainance can be slow and the air-conditioner is always breaking down. All in all its better than my last place in north Dallas were I had a gun pulled on me.
