Apartment Reviews for Manchester State Thomas - Dallas

Manchester State Thomas is located in Uptown Dallas. Situated on State Street, directly across from Grigg’s Park. The complex enjoys easy access to public transportation. A number of nearby locations of interest, include: Londoner Pub, The Pell, The Nodding Donkey, The Alcove, State & Allen Lounge, and Si Tapas Restaurant and Bar. Manchester’s tenants have left a variety of reviews. Some dislike the Manchester’s staff policies and responsiveness to issues. However, there are many reviews that describe their experience favorably and as a great value for the location.

My husband and I lived at Manchester for 3 years and loved it! The only reason we left was to take advantage of the 8K tax credit and bought a house in Plano. We miss living at Manchester.
*The location is awesome. We walked to dinner/bars every weekend. We even would walk into down town to attend jazz under the stars or the symphony.
*We lived in a brownstone and we loved the upgrades and extras - like wood floors, cherry cabinets, slate tile in the kitchen. Having a two car garage is awesome in uptown. Our friends were always impressed.
*They have a great garbage service that comes often called garbage vallet. It works well.
*The FINALLY have high definition!
*The management there is awesome. The only time our maintenance request was not processed and fixed in 24 hours was when all of the maintenance staff had the flu (totally understandable). Last summer our AC was not cooling well enough and the staff put in a new larger AC unit on each floor. Management was always fair and responded quickly and professionally.

I would recommend Manchester State Thomas to any friend. In fact, I have!!
