Apartment Review for Mariposa Villas

This apartment complex is horrible!!!!! It's barely a year old and already it looks like it's been around for about 10 years. The Leasing Office is not responsive to requests. They never have an answer for you when you call, they say they'll call you back and then never return the calls. The facilities are dirty, the gym & laundry room has not been cleaned since I moved in 9 mos ago. There's a piece of gum that was on the floor the first time I used the laundry room in Dec 03, that gum is still on the floor. The grounds always have trash flying around and no one about to pick-up. The Pool is disgusting. There's graffitti on the walls and dog poop under the stairs. There's a lot of teenagers and non-caring adults that reside in this complex and the constant loud noise and parties on the weekends are annoying. The tenants ride thru on the weekends with the music blasting, sometimes for hours, and you can't leave your windows open. You may pay for covered parking but someone will always be in your space. The old Mgr Phyllis was always convieniently losing the tenants checks (hmmmmm).
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!
