The apartments are unbelievably loud. It's worse than my college dormitory was. Our apartment flooded three times in four months, even during mild rains, and the landlord has done nothing. We weren't able to move in on time because our landlord was in Paris and his assistant was nowhere to be found. The parking garage is a nightmare. The dryer damages your clothes. There is dirt everywhere in the hallways. The landlord will rent to anyone. The apartments are cheap. The utilities are outrageous - OUTRAGEOUS! $250 per month in the Summer, even though all the apartments have window units. Stay away from this slum complex.
