I wish I could report a better experience with this complex. Sadly I was not even a tenant. I contacted the complex via email and phone and did not hear back for a week! In the meantime, I settled on another complex that seemed to value my interest and business more than Parc Ridge. It seems like an okay place to live, but I'll never know...
