Apartment Review for Signature Pointe Apartments

The entire complex has been rezoned and will be demolished after Oct. 2007. While most tenants have moved, the management is still renting to undesirables who have loud parties, deal drugs and who knows what else. Management is probably pocketing the rents since the place is being bull-dozed. Even if you need a short-term rental, this place is NOT it! Stay clear.
