Apartment Review for The Saxony

I read the reviews before I moved and thought there were a lot of bitchy mean people in Dallas. Nope, just one really crappy apartment building called "The Saxony". I haven't read any out rights lies (ok another site some claimed they were racist and I haven't seen that) but other than that all true. The 'gourmet kitchens' only exist in the show models. The 'new fitness center' has need some sort of repairs every day since I moved in, the sauna was out of order for 6 months. You can hear most of what your neighbors are doing, watching, talking about.
So far the biggest expense I've had is having to replace the contents of my fridge every few months when in craps out again. Do they replace the 15 year old unit, nope they repair it and tell me they wont be covering any of the lose due to the broken unit. Trust me, couple hundred dollars in groceries could have gone towards me living in a nice place.
And forget about pet friendly. Only certain buildings are, they cost more, plus you have the deposit and the pet rent on top of that. Anything bigger than a cat isn't allowed either because 'they're dangerous'.
They focus on the looks to cover up a company that is trying to fill units. Based on the turn around in my building, no one is staying too long either.
