Apartment Review for Timbercreek Apartments

They have undergone a HUGE management and Office personnell change and they dont do anything to help you,UNTIL you threaten to leave. Basically, if you like a speed bump ridden,dirty creek and ugly duckling,Green paint ( thats needs repainting,and a propert older than you are , then this is the place to be. Oh and you cant forget the noisy upstairs neighbors who youve complained on 5 times, and management hasnt done anything about it, and the maintenance people who come in and never leave a note that they have been in your apartment. Theres so much that one can handle, and I can handle ALOT!!!, but this place is the straw that broke this camels back. They have offered to lower my rent PLUS 4 months FREE, and I still wont stay... Tells ya what kind of place this is.....oh and you really cant forget the 1 or maybe2 security guards who patrol this 1000+ unit complex... or the hookers and dope dealers at the corner store...
