Apartment Review for Villa Piana

Lived here for full lease term. As long as you don't act like an *** to the management they do their best to please you. All maintenance issues were dealt with in 1-2 days. I received my full deposit back (700$), which is unheard of (including my pet deposit!). Parking is generally GREAT (all covered, free). Noise is an issue if your patio faces the pool; the shape of the patio makes the noise from the pool/other people 10x louder. Unit was clean and in good condition with minor cosmetic issues that don't really matter, but were dealt with when I asked (area under the medicine cabinet not painted, kitchen drawer had paint on it). Also, commenting on the other post: if you are worried about crime then use the Dallas Police website to look up crime reports in your area. Either you didn't report it or you are the idiot who's car got broken into twice and tires slashed -- sounds like you ****** someone off, and your general ******* behavior is not the problem of the apartment complex.
