Review for Woodglen Park Apartments

they showed us a fully furnished almost perfect apartment. the outside of the property is actually pretty nice, but the staff sucks. when they gave us the keys to our apartment, we walked in and it was just a mess. they didnt have anyone clean it, there were cracks in the walls, nails hanging out of the cabinents, the carpets arent put in right..meaning in just about every corner of every room you can pull it back and see concrete...we demanded it all be fixed right away. and then to the bugs..we have ants, roaches, and spiders. the spray guy is supposed to come every tuesday and spray inside and outside and he didnt come this week. i called to ask why and they said they would let me know..that was 4 days ago. they have one trash compacter on site...and either its broken or the trash man doesnt come pick it up often enough...because there are piles and piles of people trash just laying there. it smells and there are sooooo many bugs around it. they dont care about anything. our maintenance requests have been pending for about 2 weeks now. like i said, the place looks perfect when you do a quick walk through...but it really sucks here, and i wish we could move.

I agree i was swindled out of $250 at the begining of june when i turned down the tore down apt they tried to put me in after letting someone else move in the apartment i was suppose to be moving in...it was a 1000 sq ft instead of 1100 had no marble bathrooms like the model i saw online...when i tried to go threw concord mangement to get my deposit back they produced false documents.After going threw weeks of trying to get my money back.I gave up pls dnt be swindled the management is vicious and cares nothing for residents and potential residents all they see is $$$ signs don't waste your time or your MONEY!!!I may have lost some money but least im not in that hell hold!!!!
