Review for London Belle Apartments

This place floods bad. My apt has flooded 3 times in the last 5 months. I have only lived here since Feb and it's now November. I signed a one year lease. Be aware of the water problems that i wasnt told about prior to moving in. The office staff are asleep most of the time. The maintenance staff are great and requests for maintenance are answered quickly if your problem is during the week. The 24 hr emergency maintenance is a joke. I had to wait until Monday to have my apt cleaned after a major rain when it flooded. I had to walk on the wet carpet for a whole day (it rained on Sunday morning). I begged the answering service to call more oftern than every fifteen minutes but when i called that evening to check the status they said someone did call to receive my miantenance request but apparently it wasnt important enough to call me and see just how bad it was. Oh, and believe me towels do soak up the amt of water I had. Check it out first.
