Apartment Review for Deerwood At The Park

This place has been nothing but lies from the very beginning. Where to even start?
1- Management doesnt listen to you if you have an issue. Very rude and unconcerned.
2- Promises were made and never kept. Just left you waiting and waiting until you give up.
3- Things stay broken. Laundry facility machines. Pool pump. Plumbing- both water heater and pressure. Hope you like drinking rust. Exercise equipment. Which happened to be one reason I moved here to begin with. Management philophy, when it breaks, lock it up and dont fix it. The have a problem with vandalism and instead of putting in cameras, they will just lock it up or close it down to save money. Nice having a pool you can't use!
4- Closets are the cheapest hanging device I have ever seem. Little holes to hang up your clothes through which are part of the shelving unit. Try using that when you have a normal amount of clothes! Talk about a pain.
5- Just take a look at the air conditioning filter! They are NEVER changed, even between tennents. So when I opened up the air vent, the dust was inches thick! Yuck, it was disgusting! Thats why they have so many problems with the air conditioners there. The units are working so hard in the summer time and the filters are clogged. I am told they wont change them unless you ask. And you remember what I said about ALL requests, maybe they will get around to you eventually.
I wish I had read this before I moved in to thIS place. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION, TAKE IT!!!!!!!!
